No, those numbers you see are "Microsoft Points" you can buy them via Xbox Live using your registered Bank Card or go into a game shop and buy a prepaid card.

If you see a song you want to get then once you are at the final payment screen then at the bottom you will see "Press X to add Microsoft points"...but to be honest, going into GAME or Gamestation and buying a card for 1200MS Points is easier in my opinion.

Oh, the PSP! Believe it or not, the PSP is more like a PS2 than a Playstation 1. So if you buy the current PSP its basically a PS2 but only portable...the graphics are not the same as the PS2 but there is very little difference. I could bring my PSP along with me on the 29th and let you see it for yourself, unless you have already tried it
